Staff are encouraged to further their education and continue training to enhance their career and value. We have a flourishing Apprenticeship programme.
Lancashire-based Greenlite actively encourage health and wellbeing and some staff regularly attend a ‘Boot Camp’ style personal training session with a Company called Core Coach. Many staff have seen positive benefits in health, fitness and wellbeing.
We support sport for children and sponsor Total Soccer Centre. Mike O’Neill and his team encourage children of all ages to have fun learning football skills instead of sitting at home in front of the computer.

Suppliers are an integral part of our business and we work hard to form a close working relationship with them so that they can share our commitment and enthusiasm to outstanding Customer Service. We do not class them as external to our business, but form a partnership with them. Greenlite are particularly pleased to have been nominated as the exclusive Contractor to project lighting company DLD Lighting Limited, to cover their service and commissioning work.
Greenlite are strong supporters of charities and each year nominate a charity to support. This year we have made donations to Children With Cancer UK following one of our Employees who ran the London Marathon in aid of this charity. We also support the K R Rocks Foundation, a fantastic charity aiming to put together a bank of portable haemodialysis machines and the supporting nursing staff to enable patients to travel more easily. Greenlite are also active supporters of Carers Trust Fylde Coast. This charity supports our unsung heroes, who are our young carers within our area.
